At FinancialLease.nl, a leading platform in the Netherlands for financial leasing, we played a vital role in transforming their backend infrastructure. Our company, VentiQuattro, was responsible for developing the Salesforce integrations that manage every quote request, from the moment a client clicks a button on the front-end to the final contract generation. This process used to be a manual one via a lease advisor and by communication with the client by phone and email.
We automated the most part of this process. We started with interviews with the lease advisors and the business stackholders to find out what parts of the process can be digitalized. After which we started the implementation process itself.
This involved writing Apex classes that opened crucial endpoints, allowing seamless communication between the FinancialLease websites, FinancialLease mobile app backend, and Salesforce. We also implemented and optimized workflows, triggers, and designed key components of the Salesforce database to ensure efficiency and accuracy throughout the process. Additionally, our work facilitated the integration with banks for almost real-time credit checks, ensuring that the entire quote-to-contract process was smooth and reliable. Through these efforts, we empowered FinancialLease to deliver a streamlined and secure user experience, backed by a robust and scalable backend system.
